Center for Media and Dialogue has announced to hold a conference that will illustrate the role of media in peace process and the vision of 2016 will be held in Warsaw in Poland.
 The chairman of Center For Media and Dialogue Mr. Bile Gurhan told the media houses the conference will be held in September 7 2015 which will take place Warsaw city of Poland. Mr. Gurhan said the conference will continue for four days where the experts and media veterans will discuss the role of the media in peace process and the vision of 2016.
 The manager of Foundation for Somalia Abdikadir Gabeyre Farah said his organization will sponsor that conference.
Both Gurhan and Farah stressed the need of media to play a great role in peace process and national developments and the importance of the 2016 Vision.
Media experts also agreed that it is crucial and important that media houses should promoted peace and reconciliation process during their meeting in Rotterdam in Holland. Over 50 participants are expected to attend the conference in Poland including, Radio and TV managers, editors, media-owners and correspondents from various media houses those are coming from different countries namely Somalia, Kenya, USA, Canada, UK, Sweden, Holland, Norway, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Finland and Denmark

In order to provide a platform Centre for Media and Dialogue (CMD) will work with local, regional and international organisation to materialise our aims and objectives where necessary.
